McElroy Specialty Interiors, or MSI, is a regional specialty subcontractor based in Marietta, Ga. We provide metal framing, engineering, drywall, acoustical ceiling and other specialty subcontracting services. Although we primarily work in metropolitan Atlanta, many of our projects are located throughout Georgia and the Southeast. Our clients are typically large general contractors who hire the best subcontractor teams to help build their complicated projects contractors who value and maintain long-term relationships with MSI. Our project list is impressive, yet it is perhaps our corporate culture that most differentiates MSI from the competition. The company was founded in 1994 by Michael E. McElroy. Mike learned about the commercial drywall and acoustical subcontracting business working with is father, Edgar P. McElroy.
