Over time and to accommodate the needs of a growing corporate client base and guarantee continuity, it was reconstituted as a partnership incorporating competent, committed and skilled Advocates. We are also Commissioners for Oaths, Notaries Public and the Managing Partner is a Certified Public Secretary [CPS (K)]. Maina & Maina is a going concern being a partnership.
