LUPI Lundbeck Pharmaceuticals Italy is an Italian manufacturer of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients and cGMP Intermediates, provider of API development and production services to key players in the Life Science Industry. LUPIs story roots back to 1929, when the company was established under the name of VIS Farmaceutici (Istituto Scientifico delle Venezie) as a small family pharmaceutical business playing in the domestic market. After dismissing the pharmaceutical production, VIS Farmaceutici focused entirely on fine chemistry, becoming one of the pioneer manufacturers of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients and cGMP Intermediates in Italy.
