London Short Film Festival

The first significant date on the UKs film calendar, each January sees diverse audiences of 10,000+ at some of Londons most historic cinematic venues, from the Institute of Contemporary Arts, to BFI Southbank, to Dalstons Grade II listed Rio. The festival was founded in 2003 by Philip Ilson and Kate Taylor under the nominer Halloween Short Film Festival, a continuation of The Halloween Short Film Club Philip had been programming since 1994. In 2008, the festival became the London Short Film Festival and 2020 marks its seventeenth edition
