London Overground Rail Operations Ltd (LOROL)

LOROL is the train operating company responsible for running the London Overground network under a Concession Agreement with Transport for London (TfL). TfL and LOROL work closely to deliver high quality rail services. LOROL was formed by combining two of the most reliable and customer focused railways in the world and is a joint venture company between MTR Corporation of Hong Kong (50%) and Deutsche Bahn AG (50%) of Germany (DB). DBs interest is managed by Arriva, the division responsible for regional passenger transport outside of Germany. Since 2007, we have been actively transforming the London Overground, modernising the service, improving facilities and providing a better, safer, more environmentally efficient and comfortable experience for our passengers.
