Lions Camp Tatiyee

Lions Camp Tatiyee is a summer camp with the express mission of enriching the lives of individuals with special needs by providing a life-improving experience promoting their emotional health, independence, self- esteem and confidence, all free-of-charge. Since 1958, Lions Camp Tatiyee has faithfully carried out this mission, providing services to over 450 children and adults with special needs each season. To date, we have been and still are the only free summer camp for the Arizona special needs community. We represent a critical service for low-income families beset with the burdensome medical costs associated with caring for a child with special needs. Indeed, nearly 75% of parents stated they would be unable to, or would face immense financial difficulty if they had to pay for our services.
