LEGENDRE is a Main Contractor and Property Developer based in central London. Legendre UK was established in 2015 as part of the growing focus of the Legendre group on the international market. The UK is a large and mature market, where the group can leverage its financial strength and technical expertise. Our head office is located in Chancery Lane London. From this central place, we run our projects which are focussed on the M25 and the surroundings. Our core activities are contracting and development across a range of sectors but in particular residential, commercial and hospitality both new and refurb.
