Legebitra

The organiation has evolved from an informal group called Legebitra that was founded as a project of the Student Organisation of University of Ljubljana in 1998 and enjoys trust of its target group for over 25 years. We consider our work serious, professional, of quality and most of all devoted to the fields of LGBT human rights advocacy and youth social care services. Our mission is to improve position of and relation to LGBT persons on diverse levels and in diverse fields of life in Slovenia. By ensuring a safe space and through dissemination of relevant and accurate information we aim to educate and raise awareness, while at the same time we also try to draw attention to inequalities in Slovenian society.
