Founded under the Jindal Centre for Social Innovation + Entrepreneurship (JSiE) in 2016, the Legal Entrepreneurship Cell of Jindal Global Law School (JGLS) aims to provide pro-bono legal aid in the form of research and drafting to NGOs, start-ups, companies and business professionals. We provided advice relating to registration of a trust and drafted a trust deed as well. We drafted various other contracts for them too.
