Lee & Man Chemical Company Limited

Founded in 2006, Lee & Man Chemical Company Limited was originally a business segment under the Hong Kong Stock Exchange listed company Lee & Man Holdings Limited (stock code:0746). Since then, Lee & Man Chemical has grown steadily over the years and had an increasing contribution to the Holding Companys profit. In 2010, the Board of the Holding Company decided to make the chemical segment a separate company. In June 2011, the name Lee & Man Holdings Limited was changed to Lee & Man Chemical Company Limited and retained the same stock code and listing position. Currently, Lee & Man Chemical Limited has two production sites in China: Changshu, Jiangsu and Ruichang, Jiangxi, the main products include chlorochemicals, fluorochemicals and polymers.
