Landmark is a licensed title insurance agency that has been providing title and escrow services to satisfied clients throughout the state of Utah since 1987. Title Department Landmark maintains a state of the art, in-house title plant which allows our associates to conduct title search and examination functions within our main office. Escrow Department Landmark offers settlement services at each of our three offices.
