Lancaster Burns Construction, Inc. is a 100% Employee Owned company and was established in 1992 by Jordan Burns and Vance Lancaster as a framing subcontractor. By the late 90s, LB had a reputation of providing cost effective high quality products, and was known as the premier commercial framing contractor in Northern California .In 2004, LB started its Metal Stud and Drywall division to provide a complete framing package all the way through to finished drywall. LBs capability to provide structural and non-structural framing and drywall packages grew from servicing fuel station kiosks to multi-story commercial buildings, hotels and hospitals. Recognizing the industry need for a complete structural framing package, LB launched its Steel Fabricating Division in 2006.
