Ladies of Hope

A PEOPLE HELPING PEOPLE Ladies of Hope is A Non-profit organization based in Ennerdale, South of Johannesburg. The charity was established by Myrtle Williams back in the early 2000s. LOH was started over the past 18 years when a small group of interdenominational ladies who went around from house to house praying for the sick and the elderly. We eventually started assisting the sick with more than just prayer. That is where the Home base care work of LOH started. The organisation has grown in numbers and our volunteers are offering their time and energy to make a positive difference in our community. The care centres are there to provide guidance, support, emotional counselling and care to the community at large. Due to the nature of our work, one of our priorities is to eventually become self-sustaining. This is so that we can in turn give more back to our community than before.
