Kitchen Table Advisors (KTA) is a nonprofit supporting the long-term economic viability of small sustainable farmers and ranchers in Northern and Central California. We work at both the individual and institutional levels through two programs that prioritize folks from marginalized communities. Our 1:1, bilingual business advising program offers personalized support to farmers and ranchers while our Ecosystem Building program incubates collaborative projects that remove marketplace barriers around land, capital, and markets. Guiding KTAs work is our vision for a more equitable and resilient farmer and rancher-led food system
