All of us should live our lives free of unnecessary fear. After years of scientific research leading to the development of the Memrec Method, Kindt Clinics now opens its doors to anyone with a fear, phobia or PTSD. We are proud to be the first to offer the Memrec Method, which is unique because of its effectiveness and short duration: overcoming your fear in only one session. I am Merel Kindt, professor in Clinical Psychology at the University of Amsterdam, and founder of Kindt Clinics. I have dedicated my scientific career to researching fear and anxiety disorders, with the development of the Memrec Method as one of the major outcomes until now. While I continue my work at the university, I am also active at Kindt Clinics, regularly giving treatments myself.
