Our purpose is to create opportunities for people of all backgrounds and abilities to experience moments of inspiration, revelation, wonder and hope through observing the cosmos. Kielder Observatory is located in the middle of Kielder forest in the heart of the gold tier Nothumberland International Dark Sky Park. We run events most nights of the year for the public to come and experience breathtaking dark skies and learn about the universe.
