The company was established in 2000 when the Founder and Managing Director Rashada Bashir struggled to find flexible childcare that met her high standards, so she decided to become a childminder, Rashada completed her level 3 in Childrens Workforce and set up her childminding business working from her home in Baguley. In 2004, Operational Director Ashaan Bashir joined the company and as the company grew, staff were employed to meet with demand as a group of childminders.
