JSC Tashkent Invest Company

The Company was established in 2023 by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. UP-112 with a 100% share of the Tashkent City Municipality. This Decree also determines increasing the Companys authorised capital to 1 trillion sums (equivalent to 80.5 million USD). The Company was created to fulfil the task of a bridge between the state and business entities and is aimed at assisting the development of the Tashkent City infrastructure. The Company actively participates in the implementation of the socio-economic development program of Tashkent, which will progressively elevate the city to a fundamentally new level in the world capitals ranking.
