JM Hospitality was founded in Winter Park, Florida nearly 25 years ago with the opening of The Partridge Tree Gift Shop. It was the sense of community and beauty of Winter Park that inspired us to continue growing our company here. Five years later we expanded our portfolio with 310 Park South, which was followed by two more 310 locations in the surrounding areas. In 2013 we opened blu on the avenue, an upscale fusion restaurant focusing on seafood and sushi. Next year our fourth concept, Bovine Steakhouse, will open in the former Park Plaza Gardens on Park Avenue, the same location where we started our journey. All of our concepts focus on three core values; consistency, quality, and customer service. Our management team and seasoned chefs work hard to guarantee these values by using locally sourced, quality ingredients that are made fresh to order.
