Island Roads is a civil engineering company based in Newport on the Isle of Wight. Since 2013 we have been improving and maintaining the highway network in a PFI contract that represents the largest engineering project ever undertaken on the Island. This has involved the resurfacing of hundreds of miles of the highway network and the upgrading of the Islands 12,000 streetlights to energy efficient LED models.
