ISAK

ISAK stands for International Student Association of Karlstad and the association was established in May of 2009. We are a student association for all international students and all international host students. The main purpose of ISAK is to provide information, support and social activities for our members. We aim to be a link between Sweden, the University of Karlstad and the international students. We believe that international students should be a part of Karlstad University in the same way the Swedish students are. And a big part of Swedish student life is being a part of a student association. ISAK is the association for the international students and works a lot like all the other associations on the University. But instead of focusing on solely education support and control, our purpose is to create a community for people from all over the world!
