Ioannidis Group of Hotels

In 1993 Pefki Islands Resort was established as a small accommodation unit without a swimming pool or a reception lounge. The following years (1999 & 2000) saw the addition of swimming pools, a spacious reception lounge and the expansion of the accommodation available to nearly three times its original size. The 2003 a neighboring piece of land was purchased and Lindia Thalassa Resort was build. This new resort is similar in size to Pefki Islands Resort and has its own swimming pool, access to the beach and an English product oriented Super Market. In addition, two small apartment units were developed in Lindos village. The first, Lindos Romanza apts, is situated near the new bus stop and parking area with an uninterrupted view of the acropolis. The second, Del Mar studios, stands in the second largest village place. The most recent addition to the group is Island Blue Hotel. It is adjacent to Pefki Islands Resort and modern in design.
