We are an independent company with around 40 employees from a wide variety of backgrounds in the humanities and both social and natural sciences. Interface was founded by Prof. Dr. Andreas Balthasar in 1991. We have offices in both Lucerne and Lausanne. Interface is Switzerlands competence centre for evaluation. The employees also undertake research into various subject areas and provide organisations with support and advice as they look to develop further or come up with strategies.
