INECC Mission Voix Lorraine

Resources centre for vocal practice, INECC Mission Voix Lorraine has been created to everyone who use his voice professionally or for his own pleasure as an instrument of expression and privileged communication. Created in 1992 under the guidance of the Minister of Culture and the Regional Council of Lorraine to contribute towards choral singing development, our association extends now its competences to every form of vocal practices. Our area of activities are: information, training, cultural and educative actions, coordination and project support, observation and knowledge of vocal practices, making regional voices being part of national and cross-border concerts
