Inclusion Factory

Inclusion Factory a social enterprise in the automotive industry employing people with intellectual disabilities. Nowadays Inclusion Factory have 35 employees with intellectual disabilities, we provide them with fair employment conditions, including social benefits. All employees get continuous vocational training, and apart from developing their working skills, Inclusion Factory also use different training methods to develop their life. Through this project, Inclusion Factory hope to spread awareness about disability-related issues in the Chinese society and promote inclusive employment for people with disabilities
