I.M.V. Industria Meccanica Villasanta, was founded in 1937 by Galli Alfredo the company added mechanical presses to its production of various types of machinery. In the years that followed, Alfredo was helped by his children Carla and Giuseppe, and in the 1950s I.M.V. rode the years of economic growth, expanding its capabilities, and began exporting presses throughout Europe and the world. In 1998 a new generational transition begins with the entry of the third generation, the company is transformed from a craft company to a capital company, changing its name and brand to the current IMV Presse srl. In 2005, the production site of the assembly department was expanded again, and over the years more and more high-performance machinery was purchased to carry out in-house mechanical machining.
