IET on Campus University of Moratuwa

The Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) is one of the largest international Professional Institutions comprised of Engineering & Technical related personals, having headquarters in the UK and branches in 127 countries across Europe, North America, Asia-Pacific, and South Asia including Sri Lanka. It was formerly known as the Institution of Electrical Engineers (IEE) and re-named IET in May 2005. IET promotes the advancement of electrical, electronic, communication, manufacturing, and IT and facilitates the exchange of knowledge and ideas. It also provides a broad range of services to members in continuous professional development. The IET-Young Professionals is under the patronage of the IET Main Committee of Sri Lanka, its members consist of undergraduates and young professionals in the field of Engineering and Technology.
