Huse Inc. handles construction, operations, marketing, insurance, public relations, and accounting functions for its family of restaurants and real estate investments. Its holdings include 34 Arbys restaurants across the Midwest, as well as four fine dining restaurants in beautiful, bustling Indianapolis: three Harry & Izzys and the one and only, world-famous St. Elmo Steak House. Stephen Huse bought into his first Arbys restaurant in 1967, making him one of the first Arbys franchisees. Stephen is considered one of Indianas most successful restaurant owners and operators, and he attributes much of his success to living by a philosophy that success flows from an ability to attract and keep good people.
