Huntington Homes was founded by brothers Rob Swan & Sheldon Swan to pursue their long-time passion for homebuilding. It has grown to become the premiere luxury custom home builder in Winnipeg, Canada. The brothers were convinced that in an industry, which lacked controls and consistency that by relying on iron-clad quality standards, strict cost controls, and computerized systems, they could deliver an outstanding product. The extension of this became the companys ongoing development of its exacting signature building plans, and full-time in house design-team. Huntington views the building plan as an exact representation of the home to be constructed, not as a rough guideline, as is common in the industry. Advances werent limited to the construction side of the business. Changes were implemented on the people and organizational side as well.
