HS4LC Ltd was formed in April 2010 in a response to the overwhelming need for support for vulnerable people in our community. We recognised that people living with learning disabilities experience isolation and exclusion. Therefore we provide a wide range of support services for our beneficiaries, from basic life skills and further education to promoting independent living and employment opportunities. The charity diversified from the known day services in 2014, when they learned that a Care home had run into difficulties.
