Hoyne Brewing Company

We brew a classic Old World style pilsner. We brew a dark ale reminiscent of the hearty beers you would find in Northern England in the 17th and 18th centuries. We have reached back to the exquisite golden lagers of Dortmund in the 19th century. We truly stand on the shoulders of giants. And, like many of us in the craft beer world, we too have drawn inspiration from Reinheitsgebot, the Bavarian Purity Order of 1516. Our brewing practices employ only the finest all-natural ingredients without the use of additives, preservatives or adjuncts.
