Headquartered in Bowling Green, Kentucky for over thirty years, Hospice of Southern Kentucky (HSK) serves patients throughout a nine county area. Whether a patient is in the Hospice House, a private residence, an assisted living facility, nursing home, or hospital, the HSK team is ready to serve with Help, Support, and Kindness when time matters most. HSK is the home of the Hospice House, a state-of-the-art inpatient facility located in a peaceful setting with scenic views. Constructed for HSK patients and their families, the Hospice House has ten private patient suites, a chapel, play room for the kids, and family room with community kitchen. Families have the option of staying with their loved ones. The caring HSK team offers general inpatient, respite, and residential care twenty-four hours a day.
