Hillside Baptist Church

God moved the hearts of the people from 3 smaller churches (Hildegarde, Lutes Mountain & Gorge) to amalgamate in 1974. What is our vision? Strategically situated in a booming area in Northwest Moncton with lots of children, teens, singles, and families, Hillsides vision is to be a lighthouse church (culturally relevant yet biblically-based) with a premiere family ministry in the region. This means strategically building relationships and investing in the next generation, partnering with children and teens and their parents, and endeavoring to be a safe place for people from all walks of life and religious backgrounds (or no religious background at all!) to begin and then continue in a life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ. Regarding other churches, our desire is not to be a church that seeks to compete with the many other churches already established in the area. Wed rather bless and encourage them!
