Loic Labouche first set up HC Resources in Lyon in 1999, with the aim of providing commercial training and legal and social consulting services. Today HC Resources comprises all DOMINO group subsidiaries specialising in HR. The company has gained recognition for its expertise under the dynamic leadership of Edouard Stiegler (associate director of the subsidiary and head of HR consulting for the group since 2005), and then Olivier Bellintani (in charge of all coaching and management business since 2006). Now undertaking over 300 assignments a year, the company continues to develop its business in Poland, Switzerland and the Netherlands
