We are the central purchasing body for our 320 members (owners): the municipal housing companies in Sweden. We carry out procurement procedures for our member who manage, in total, approximately 850,000 residential units. This represents 30 per cent of all units in Sweden. Annual sales on HBV contracts are approximately SEK 1.9 billion or USD 299 million. We promote the interests of ours members by providing attractive contracts for products and services related to construction, renovation and management, as well as assosicated procurement services. As a result our members enjoy more efficient procurement processes and can focus on their core acticities.
