My husband and I founded Hayatt Real Estate LLC back in 1996 in Abu Dhabi with the mission to provide a first class service for our clients. In the early years we concentrated on property leasing and property management. With the recent introduction of the new property laws in the UAE, which made it possible for UAE citizens and expatriates to purchase properties on a freehold or leasehold basis in designated areas, a new field of the property business opened up, the property brokerage. We have placed us in a solid position in all these fields of activity. The leasing market in Abu Dhabi has become very competitive and it is currently difficult to find properties that offer real value for money. Our long years of activity in the leasing arena are giving us the competitive edge, and we are very proud that ALDAR has recently chosen us as their approved Leasing Agent for their Al Raha Gardens Villas.
