Haus Talk, Inc. (HTI) is a residential real estate developer whose projects are based in Antipolo City, Laguna, Cavite and Metro Manila. Organized in 2004, HTI is run by the Madlambayan family, all of ten siblings. In just 14 years, HTI has become one of the top residential developers in its regions, driven by quality and competitively-priced residential projects, and ever-growing reach in attractive locations.
