About Us

Harmony Healthcare Long Island in Nassau County, New York offers a comprehensive array of health and supportive services in a single health center setting. Our mission is to increase access to comprehensive primary and preventative health care, and to improve the health status of the community, especially for the medically underserved and vulnerable, regardless of citizenship, insurance status, or ability to pay. We currently operate Health Centers in Elmont, Freeport, Hempstead, Roosevelt, and Westbury/New Cassel. Our comprehensive services include adult and pediatric medicine, womens health (OB/GYN, mammography, and family planning), laboratory, radiology, dental, health screening for cancer, tuberculosis, and sexually transmitted disease, nutrition, behavioral health, podiatry, cardiology, optometry, WIC, Care Management, and enabling social services
