Harbour Software is a Victoria-based company that has been providing niche cloud-based solutions to local governments for over 15 years. Utilising our in-house development capabilities, we develop tailored applications specific to local government councils needs. One of our key strengths is our ability to understand the needs of our clients and to translate them into a robust, intuitive solutions utilising a variety of software platforms.
