Gyermelyi Group is a key player in the food industry of Hungary and across the region. Flour and hens eggs, the main ingredients of dry pasta are produced locally, by the company itself. Wheat flour and durum semolina is controlled from the beginning of sowing-seed production. Gyermelyi pasta is made from wheat grown by Gyermelyi and ground in its own mills. Eggs from the laying farms of Gyermelyi Group are always processed freshly in the egg processing unit of the Gyermelyi pasta factory. On state-of-the-art production lines 30.000 tonnes of dried pasta is made every year, in almost 40 shapes....
