I began my real estate career in 2002 as a part time agent in Carrollton, Texas a suburb of Dallas. My intention was to pursue real estate as an after retirement career. Retirement didnt come soon however and in 2005 I became a real estate broker. I formed by own real estate company GS Realty based in Irving. Finally, in 2011 I retired and my wife and I moved to a family home in southeast Texas. Country living was a major transition after living over thirty years in Dallas. We moved to League City in 2013 and I began a part time job with Home Depot. In 2014 I became a member of the Houston Association of Realtors and recorded Gulf Shore Realty with Harris and Galveston County Clerks. Gulf Shore Realty is a single agent dba in League City, Texas serving residential buyers and sellers. Personal service is my focus and exceeding your expectations is my goal
