We are Guasa (previously known as Guasacaca) a Venezuelan street food business founded in 2013 by David Gutierrez when he was just 24 years old! Since then, our business has featured and been recognised multiple times for having a track record in the UK offering a unique and innovative food option across numerous food markets; food halls; events and big summer festivals in and outside of London. Guasa is not just a place to have Venezuelan food.
