We have been providing social and affordable housing in Gravesham, Dartford and Maidstone since 1964. We manage just under 600 properties consisting of a mix of street properties and estates. Our board is committed to delivering the associations objectives in the most cost-effective and efficient way possible. GCHAs key aims are: - delivering a first class service to tenants - building or acquiring new homes for rent and shared ownership for a range of people in housing need - remaining an independent local association
