They are a part of every persons life and they come up in every conversation. So we asked ourselves a question: What is the reason behind this? Why is it tough to maintain a healthy lifestyle? Based on this question, we at GoShudh Food Grains started our research directed towards the common health issues today and the possible reasons behind this. During our research journey, our team found that FOOD, which is the most essential part of lifestyle and is connected with every age group in everyday life, was much more nutritious in the past than it is in the present.
