Gippsland PHN

Gippsland PHN is part of a national network of 31 Primary Health Networks across Australia. Primary Health Networks are predominantly funded by the Australian Government to tackle identified national objectives and priority areas. These priorities frame the work of Gippsland PHN, which is also guided by the community and clinical input to improve health outcomes. Established in 2015, Gippsland PHN is an independent, not for profit organisation that works at a regional level to achieve improved whole of system health care. We work with communities, general practice, allied health, hospitals and other primary and community health providers to drive, support and strengthen primary health in Gippsland to meet the needs of local communities.
