GI Cell was founded by Dr. Myoung Ho Jang, an intestinal immunologist, in Oct 2018. 82 employees (as of Mar 2021) are working in our company and around 40% (15/41) of R&D members are Ph.D. GI Cell has innovative platform technology for screening and optimizing ancillary proteins for target immune cells. Several cell therapy pipelines for treatment of cancer, inflammatory disorders are in the pre-clinical development stages.
