GES Groeinkaufsring des Suwaren- und Getrankehandels eG is an independent and self-determined cooperative of medium-sized beverage wholesalers, specialist store operators and convenience wholesalers from all over Germany that was founded in 1950 and is not dominated by food trade or industry organizations. There are partnership-based business relationships with over 1,000 contract suppliers and 829 members. Over 90% of the largest beverage wholesalers in Germany with a focus on beer, AfG, sparkling wine, spirits and convenience products are members of GES. With centralized settlement sales of 1,150 million in 2022, GES eG achieved the best result in the companys history.
