Genuine Pizza is the brainchild of James Beard Award-winning Executive Chef, Michael Schwartz. Schwartz is the face of the South Florida restaurant industry and a nationally recognized celebrity chef. Genuine Pizza was formerly known as Harrys Pizzeria. There are four locations in Miami (1 Genuine Pizza and 3 Harrys Pizzerias). Plans are in place to open 15 restaurants over the next four years in Atlanta, South Florida and other regions.
