We strive to do justice to our unique environment by enhancing the diversity of the Sainte-Victoire terroir in our wines. The legacy of Chateau Gassier prevails thanks to Georges Gassier, the fifth generation of winemakers. He cultivates the vine parcels according to an organic approach in order to preserve the authenticity of our wines.
