The scope of the project includes the program based on what our client wants to design, the budget based on how much our client chooses to spend, the quality of the construction determined by the connection of the materials chosen and the time allotted for completion of the project. These are all equally important and for us, are inseparable. Also, just as important is our responsibility to understand our clients goals, objectives and priorities for each project.
